Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data SeatPred collects and how we use it. SeatPred is run by Anthrokid Ventures, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Email address: to sign you in with a one-time code and to contact you about your account or payments.
- Account settings: your plan, your chosen Free specialty, the colleges you opened on the Free plan, and when you accepted our disclaimer.
- Payment records: order ID, payment ID, amount, date and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled only by Razorpay; we never receive them.
- Search details (rank, category, PwD status, degree, specialty, filters): used only to calculate your results at that moment. We do not save your searches.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting providers record for security and to keep the service running.
We never ask for your gender, and we do not collect your NEET-PG roll number or scorecard.
2. How we use it
- To provide SeatPred: sign-in, predictions, plan limits and Premium access.
- To process payments and refunds, and keep accounting records required by law.
- To reply to your messages and send important service notices.
- To protect the service against misuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party ads.
3. Who processes it for us
- Supabase: database and sign-in (servers may be outside India).
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Razorpay: payments.
- An email delivery service, to send sign-in codes.
They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy terms.
4. Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except payment records, which we must keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing from your account's email to support@seatpred.in. SeatPred is meant for adults (18+).
7. Grievance officer
Gaurav, Proprietor, Anthrokid Ventures – support@seatpred.in, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be shown in the app.
