These terms apply when you use SeatPred on the website or in the Android app. SeatPred is run by Anthrokid Ventures, a sole proprietorship based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). By using SeatPred you agree to these terms.

1. What SeatPred is

SeatPred brings official NEET-PG counselling results together in one place so your searches are easier. It shows your probability of getting a seat based on past trends in official allotment results (MCC All-India counselling 2023–2025, and some state counselling).

• A prediction is not a guarantee of admission. Cutoffs change every year.
• SeatPred is not connected to MCC, NBEMS, NBE, NMC or any state counselling authority, and does not register you for counselling.
• In case of any doubt or conflict, the notices and results of the official counselling authority are final. Always check them before choosing or paying for a seat.
• We add only official data and never guess numbers. Our data may still contain errors or gaps; if you find one, please tell us.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that email safe.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your account or sell access to it.
• SeatPred is meant for medical graduates preparing for PG counselling. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

3. Plans

• Free: one specialty of your choice (saved to your account and not changeable later), Round 1 results, the top 3 results per search, and full information for any 3 colleges.
• Premium (paid): every specialty, round, result and college, plus extra filters. The price is shown on the Plans page before you pay. Premium lasts until the end of the counselling season stated at purchase (currently 31 March 2027).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.
• We may add, improve or change features. We will not reduce what an active paid plan includes during its season without offering a fair remedy.

4. Fair use

You may use SeatPred for your own counselling decisions. You may not:

• copy, download in bulk, scrape or resell SeatPred's data or pages, including by automated tools;
• try to get around plan limits, or access another person's account;
• disrupt or attack the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Limits of our responsibility

SeatPred is provided “as is”. Decisions about choice filling, college selection and payments to colleges are yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from decisions made using SeatPred, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for SeatPred in the last 12 months.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be shown in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
