Delete your SeatPred account

SeatPred is run by Bellcroft Ventures, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Option 1: from the app or website

1. Sign in to SeatPred.
2. Choose Delete account at the top of the page.
3. Choose Request deletion.

Option 2: by email

If you cannot sign in, write to support@seatpred.in from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may reply to check that the request is from you.

What happens next

• We delete your account, saved shortlist and profile data within 30 days.
• We must keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. These are kept only for that purpose.
• Deleting your account does not give a refund for a paid plan. See the Refund policy.
